Ali Abdul Hussain Juma Al Lawati CEO
Mr. Ali Lawati has built a distinguished career through leadership roles across diverse sectors, beginning with the Public Authority for Marketing and Agriculture and Oman Air, where he served as Finance Manager, before advancing to senior executive positions as CFO and CEO in the industrial sector. With extensive expertise in strategy, finance, and business development—supported by a Master’s in Accounting and the prestigious CMI certificate—he has consistently demonstrated strong financial acumen and visionary leadership.
Driven by a passion for delivering high-quality financial and advisory services, Mr. Lawati established Leaderly in 2023. Since its inception, the firm has provided a comprehensive range of solutions, including audit, accounting, secondments, taxation, and advisory.
Mr. Lawati’s profound knowledge, coupled with an unwavering commitment to excellence, has been instrumental in positioning Leaderly as a trusted and reputable firm recognized for professionalism, integrity, and the highest standards of service.

Deepika Rajan (FCCA, ATT) Tax Partner
Deepika is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) UK, holding diplomas in Transfer Pricing and Value Added Tax.
With over 20 years of professional experience across industries—including oil and gas, refining, FMCG, and audit—she has developed deep expertise in direct and indirect taxation. In 2023, she joined Leaderly as a Tax Partner, bringing her extensive expertise to lead and expand the firm’s tax practice. Having spent more than 13 years working within Oman’s taxation framework, she regularly represents clients before the Tax Authority and provides support with tax assessments, appeals, compliance requirements, tax due diligence, and health checks.
Her strong technical knowledge, coupled with extensive industry experience, enables her to deliver practical tax solutions and ensure the successful completion of client projects.

Mahmoud Al-Saffar (CIMA) Accounting Partner
Mahmoud is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) in the UK.
He began his career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Finance Manager, where he developed strong accounting, financial management, and analytical skills within one of the UK’s largest retail banks. In 2019, Mahmoud became a partner at an accountancy firm in the UK, focusing on SMEs and providing accountancy, auditing, and tax services across sectors such as retail, restaurants, and property development.
In 2024, he joined Leaderly as a key partner, bringing his extensive expertise to drive the firm’s SME advisory practice. At Leaderly, Mahmoud plays a central role in helping businesses optimise performance, improve compliance, and achieve sustainable growth, offering hands-on financial and strategic guidance that goes beyond traditional accounting services.
